I recently visited Formosa in Clark, and it truly lived up to its name. As someone who has tasted a lot of Taiwanese food, I was curious to see how authentic it would feel here in the Philippines. To my surprise, the flavors brought me straight back to Taiwan. The dishes had that signature balance of savory, sweet, and aromatic notes that Taiwanese cuisine is known for, and you could tell that a lot of care went into preparing them. The menu offered a great variety, from comforting noodle soups to classic rice dishes and tasty side snacks. Everything I tried was flavorful and satisfying, without being too heavy or greasy. The portions were generous, making it perfect for sharing with friends or family. What impressed me most was how fresh the ingredients tasted—the vegetables were crisp, and the meat was tender and well-seasoned. The atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and welcoming, making it a nice spot to relax and enjoy a comforting meal. The staff were also attentive and friendly, which added to the overall experience. I left the restaurant not only full but also happy to have found such a gem in Clark. If you’re craving authentic Taiwanese food that feels homemade yet refined, Formosa Super Delicious is absolutely worth visiting.

My family has reserved a private dining room good for 17 people and I was amazed how big the room and table and can fits exactly 17 people. The place is posh and elegant with couches, sofa and TV to wait, chill and relax before, during or after the meal. This is perfect for family occasions since they have some boardgames and TV to watch too. For the foods, of course they are pricey but they taste great and served a little small portions only since I think this was meant to be a fine dining course. They have a bar which offers different kinds of liquor but no coffee though. Overall, the ambiance and interiors are well decorated and meant for special occasions with friends, family or businesses.

Had a chance to try out the food when we stayed in Midori Clark Hotel, and the food is really good. Tastes like the same in the ones we had in Taiwan!
